So 2 thoughts:

The charege may be regulated in OK statute.. you can find that on your state's web site or link

Or

there is a practical amount or limit based on what the market in your area may be doing..

Look of couse at ads for other LL... see if they post one as a disclosure --207.55.xxx.xxx
