State Specific Question About: FLORIDA (FL)

I have a tenant that already received 4 eviction tenants from us during the month of September and October. In Florida, you can accept a partial payment of rent and being able to give the tenant an eviction for the remainder of the rent. This tenant again gave me a partial rent for November, but has not paid the rest. If I give him another notice, will that be legal? Previously, he pays late fees, but not for the month of September and October. He promised to pay the late fee but failed to pay it. If he pays his rent but not the late fees, can I give him a 7 day notice to pay with opportunity to cure? --76.122.xx.xx
