Are there funds like grants for residential rental unit? Is there assistance for housing providers (landlords) ?

I don't know about the NJ area but in MA most utilities offer rebates / loans for energy conservation projects. The state as well as some cities & towns offer programs for lead abatement & upgrades for low - mid income rental units. Try checking your state & local community web pages. nother good source is your local LL group. --100.0.xx.xx

in NJ there is the Community Development Block Grant Program thst is administered by your County. It may or may not be available 1or income properties. --70.192.xx.xx
