New tenant want non refundable holding fee back. Rey have not signed lease yet. Took apt off market 1 week ago. Should I give holding fee back? Any suggestions. --68.11.xx.xxx

The reason it calls non-refundable holding fee is, because is not refundable, you took the apartment off the market for a week, tell them to go fly a hike, they can't sue you for the non-refundable fee. --64.134.xxx.xxx
