State Specific Question About: MASSACHUSETTS (MA)
Hi all, Thank you for this site. I'm just venting and anyway I have searched the site for anything that has to do with dealing with a commercial rental.
I have a mixed use Rental & Commercial. The tenant that I'm having issues with I have gone to court with and my understanding is that they like to see that I have tried to negotiate with him. But now it has come down to the last few weeks were he has to sign a Lease agreement pay the rent give me a copy of the keys and abide by the conditions of the agreement or I exercise the execution. One of my pet peeves is the parking of which he thinks its ok to park in the Residential area for his clients friends workers and family. I have the sign up tow at owner cost and I have brought down the tow company to show who are not to park here and I will be getting parking permit stickers. There is a lot more going on here but I probable will use up to many boxes show the whole picture. --76.118.xxx.xx |

Hello Patti in MA
I don't have any answers for you. Sounds like you have it all under control. The towing company and the stickers should do the job. I hope your tenant pays his rent and shapes up. Sorry your negotiations didn't go so well and you had to go forward to court.
Someone else here will come along with a comment or suggestion. Sounds like you are doing everything in your power to keep the peace. Vent-on!
