Theres a tenant who has one rented garage in my complex, Notice of eviction is on the garage with the penalty fees, tenants have been gone. Anyway I am able to take payoff and claim the abandoned property? --108.251.xxx.xx |

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. When ones paper is clearly exposed and not able to rehabilitate an otherwise viable enclosure, it rests upon the intent of the jurisdictional authority as to whether a pecuniary enrichment is adequate in offset to a otherwise vacuous defense. --50.143.x.xxx |

Looks like some great advice so far.
This is going to require some local legal knowledge. Storage is often different from residential. In AZ (we have several storage units) for example we get a lein on the goods, no pay we can sell (after notice,etc). BUT you have to be a licensed facility, zoned, etc. A casual space rental I'm not sure about.
