Can the court issue an Execution for Possession on the same date as the judgement date? I thought it wasn't issued until 10 days after judgement date. It is for non-payment, so technically they are not entitled to a stay but can still ask for one.

I haven't done one myself in a while, but I remember it being that the judge issues an execution and then there are 10 days that pass. Then the constable has to give them 48 hours notice. Then you go back again and if they are still there, you have to pay for the movers and storage. It is a ridiculous system. --64.197.xx.xx
