Does any have or know where I can get the federally approved lead pamphlet "Protect your Family From, lead in Your home" ??

My building was built in 1960.

MFK, Quick reminder if don't already know:

-you MUST have the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT signed by the res and in your files. Big fines if nto there.

-each time you change the lease, such as a rent increase, you must give another pamphlet and get another ACKNOWLEDGEMENT signed

-there are different forms for renting, selling, and remodelling. Same with the pamphlets. make certain you have the right ACK and pamphlet. --67.175.xx.xxx

Brad - thanks for the reminder. I didn't know that each time there was a change in the lease you had to provide a new pamphlet for the rentals.
