Forgot the question. I am searching for information on wage garnishment in KY. What are the basics? What % is allowed and what is taken out before the garnishment is applied --71.28.xxx.xxx

It has been many years since I did the wage garnishment, I forget what the % is. My attorney did it

all for me. I do remember the tenant called the attorney's office and asked if the % taken out could be

reduced which he told her absolutely not.

My attorney collected the money each pay period, kept his

one third and sent me a check for the rest each time.

Do you have an attorney or are you doing it yourself through the court?

Also there was a interest charged on the remaining balance

she owed just like it was a credit card balance which made

her owe more than I asked to recover. --74.236.xxx.xxx
