I took out a successful judgment for unlawful detainer on a former tenant. I had to use the address of the actual investment home because she still occupied it when I went to court. She finally moved and I have not been able to locate her. Am I allowed to run a credit bureau report on her to locate her employer and get the $1500 she owes me

Many a fool boast of the cases they have one, and yet in truth we know they are dead bets and never pay their bills including the case lost in court.
Check your state laws regarding collections..

Not sure. Guess it would depend on your state laws and what you have in your paperwork. Here is a partial portion of my rental application. Haven’t had to use it yet but at least I think it would allow me to run their credit. Note the before, during and after.
