State Specific Question About: MASSACHUSETTS (MA)
in december my head of household holding the section 8 lease was put in jail.I notified his girlfriend who is on lease not long after the i would not renew lease which ends 3/31/13. In january
she moved another man in the apartment and it has been hell ever since.On 3/17/13 girlfriend moved everything she wanted
to move. she gave me the keys on 3/18/13 before she tried to attack me.My question is what are the laws about the section 8 holders belongings the girl friend left behind. --96.233.xx.xx |

Irene, Tough spot!
JAIL does not mean STEAL MY STUFF. But Im with dan, I doubt there is much of value.
Go check it out and take lotsa pics. Pick out anything of value and store it. Better yet, DELIVER IT to his Momma.
I'm concerned that Sec8 will want their 3 months back.

If the lease holder was available I would post a notice and ask them to be there so you could look together at obvious items to help them get back the deposit, take lots of photos and then you need also a new address so you can send the accounting sheet of any damages they did not repair. --75.94.xxx.xxx |

thanks i took some photos but have to take more.tv radio is the only thing that might be of value. everything else
