State Specific Question About: NEW YORK (NY)
my tenant is trying to create mold in the apartment by turning on the hot water all day, not opening the windows and not turning on their heat at all... the windows are full of condensation as i look from outside.......how can i prove to the courts they are deliberately doing this???
they refuse to pay rent until they have their mold removed which they caused... my previous tenants never had a mold issue.... how can i prove to the courts

WE WENT TO COURT A FEW DAYS AGO.... THEY ARE DEMANDING REPAIRS TO THE APARTMENT WHIICH HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING US ACCESS ON WEEKENDS AT ALL AND ONLY 10-5 ON WEEKDAYS FOR REPAIRS... I HAD A CONTRACTOR ALREADY PLANNED FOR A TODAY(SATURDAY) BUT NO APARTMENT ACCESS. WE ALL WORK DURING DURING THE WEEK... THE TENANTS ARE RETIRED!!!!! MILKING THE SYSTEM!!!!
