State Specific Question About: KANSAS (KS)
My renter called the other night and told me someone had hit the chainlink fence adjacent to the drive way sometime ago. He parks next to his house and has to enter between fence to go in driveway. We had alot of snow here in kansas and when i went over and looked at it, it looked like someone had hit it going into the driveway because of the way it was leaning and it had white paint on it. His car is white. He has a alley entrance to get to his house so there is hardly no traffic that goes through there and he is single just out of work release so he doesn't have many friends, he is kind of a loaner, anger issues. I'm pretty sure he hit it because he never called me when it happened, he said he tried to fix it, and then he said it may have always been like that. He has only been there 2 months and the gates were closing good when he moved in. How should i approach him. He denied doing it. --184.178.xxx.xxx |

Get an estimate and give him a copy, tell him that is obvious that it was him who did it and that he need to pay for it, if he doesn't pay, on his next lease either you can increase the rent accordingly or tell him that you are not renewing and he needs to move out. --96.25.xxx.xxx |

Actually the paint chips should match, even so it is private property.
A chain link section will screw out...and very easy to fix..open the top and bottom, and twist it.. --98.253.xxx.xxx |
