I deal with a ton of sfhs... My avg insurance on a sfh valued at 60-100k usually comes in around 300 per year... I have had a fire and made out like a bandit... I also realize that 60-100k would give me plenty to build a brand new home in case of massive disaster... BTW, first of all I have had 1 fire in almost 30 years of doing this stuff and made out like a bandit and secondly, when is the last time a house burned to the ground before the fire was put out, I think never...

Also, dont forget to get the million dollar blanket that we cover about 20 cribs on as well...

peace out,

Cimbad out --99.88.xxx.xx

I was with Harleysville until they cancelled me because of a fire in one of my most expensive houses. Was wjth them many years but a man died because of the fire and I think that may be the reason for cancellation. My premiums are a bit too high with this new company I went with so I am shopping around. --99.137.xx.xxx
