State Specific Question About: PENNSYLVANIA (PA)
How many days from when I file in the court house for the tenants to vacate do they have to get out. --70.44.xxx.xxx |

The answer to that will be local. Generally, you file, you're notified of court date. You win in court, judge will give tenant x days to vacate. Date comes, they are still in residence, you notify court, constable notifies tenants they have 24 hours to leave or be forcibly removed.
In my area, this takes about 3 weeks.
YMMV

Thank you,
But it does not give me date for their final day.
The judgment was on Feb 27th
Now can someone answer this,
I am granted possession,
Then it says,
Grant possession if money judgement is not satisfied by the time of eviction----No
Does this mean they stay if they don't pay? Or they pay? Or what happens.
They local magistrates office tells me, It's up to you to figure it out.

The PA court judgment form has two lines regarding possession. On the new computerized forms the judge's ruling is marked YES. You ignore the one marked NO. In your case, the judge ruled that you are granted possession (period).
The earliest date they can be evicted depends upon you following the correct procedure in your court/county. In some areas, the procedure requires you return to the court office for one step each 11 days, but other areas combine them. I am not familiar with Wyoming County practices. --68.83.xxx.xx |
