Is there a currrent Insuance Company landlords are using for rental property. This year alone my rates are going up 32.5 % over last year. Having problem finding insurance company that will cover rental property.

Due to the tornado activity in the SE US the last few years, unfortunately, you are not alone. Many carriers are exiting some/all of the states in this region. Even if you were blessed to not have any claims or damage, you are still being affected. We have been fortunate to have cost/rate stability there due to favorable results, though. --173.197.xx.xxx

Shelter is a good company, but are somewhat "hit and miss" relative to their availability and rates. They don't do vacant or rehab locations, either. --166.137.xxx.xxx
