State Specific Question About: TEXAS (TX)
Wondering if anyone has experience with collecting money from an eviction judgement in Texas. I bought a book from this site about a year ago, and it gives some good overall information, such as wage garnishing, liens, etc. But I'd like to talk to someone who actually has successfully done some of these things and collected money.
Thanks. --20.132.xx.xxx |

Dont have advice about texas law but best luck Ive had in collecting monies owed has been using young hungry lawyers fresh out of school who are willing to work on a percentage of what they collect They get experance and income both of which they need. --74.36.xxx.xxx |

Collection Agencies hire fresh young lawyers, and even old tired ones with small case loads that need to be supplemented. --98.253.xxx.xxx |
