State Specific Question About: MAINE (ME)
I would be interested in speaking to any landlords who would want to buy our condo. It is a 2 bedroom in Old Orchard Beach. Right now it is rented and the tenants are leaving very soon. We are in the process of putting in a brand new kitchen floor because a pipe in a nearby unit recently leaked. I don't want to be a landlord anymore as this has just been a headache. The whole experience has really got me turned off and I am ready to move on.
Price would be in the $67,000 range and at that price it can bring in some decent rental income. No brokers involved please at that price. Please contact me if interested and we can talk specifics. Condo fees are $170/month and taxes are about $1,400/year. --72.73.xxx.xxx |
