Hi Folks,

I have been a landlord for 10 year, doing Lonnie Deals on Mobile Homes.

I have decided to put on my big boy pants and start purchasing commercial properties here in NJ.

Does anyone know of an excellent accounting firm in Northern NJ, Morris, Essex or even Union County would be great.

What would make them excellent for me is they do more than count the beans but actually help me with ideas how to grow my business.

JDL, All real estate is local and I don;t have any commercial.

But in our local association, the commercial LLs are crying the blues.

WalMart wiped out the locally owned stores, the chains knocked out the Mom&Pop food joints, and the depression killed the rest.
