Is anyone on here using Buildium? I signed up for the free trial on so far I really think it looks great 80 cents to remote mail a form work better or statement to a tenant include the cost of postage. I want to step my game up for 2013 --98.117.xxx.xxx

Jason, also take a look at - mrlandlord.propertymanagercloud.com - and compare the two. It has a four month free trial, many good features and the price is competitive if not better. I applaud you for aiming to step up your game in 2013. Good luck to you.
