Follow the lease, in the area where I visit court I hear grandma's vacation clause allows a visitor 14 nites in any 100 - more than this means occupant and in my lease this means more rent as in 50bux per person, take a picture of the toothbrushes in the bathroom and ask who is yellow, blue, green, red.... --64.134.xxx.xxx |

OK - Just checking for the reasonable way to treat this without being intrusive in the lives of the renters since I was just informed of this by a relative who lives in one of my rentals. You can only enforce what you have in your lease. If they are living there (meaning their mail is delivered there) then you can address that they aren't on the lease. But if they are just visitors then there is nothing you can do unless you have a specific visitor policy in your lease. --76.19.xx.xx |
