Well barring any requirement under FL law..

I don't give keys out until they sign the lease and we do a move-in inspection.
I will give out 1 or 2 keys to the tenant.

I give my tenants 2 keys at move in, regardless of the number of occupants. Additional keys are available for $10 one time charge. I have not had anyone want a 3rd key enough to pay $10. --71.194.xxx.xxx |

I'll provide as many as the T wants. If I don't have enough on hand, I'll make a stop at HD and get more made. (It is not as if I'm not in HD all the time anyway.)
Why are you concerned? If they want a dozen, I'll have an extra 10 made at about $2 each. This has never been an issue for me.

My lease shows rekeying at 25bux per lock, theymust remain on our master system, I give 2 keys when the move-in money is paid and condition report signed with lease, any of those remotes are deposited at 25bux each, amazing how long we keep them now! --64.134.xxx.xxx |
