Advice needed please. Have a townhouse I want to refinancre. Any suggestions how to proceed with refinancing rental property? Senior citizen and getting hard to make current mortgage payment of 6.75%

Easiest way is to contact the current lender and ask them to refi. With that rate you should qualify for HARP2.
