We used something like "in accordance with our lease, we are giving 30 days notice that we are not renewing our rental agreement and it will end September 30, 2012." It was a MTM. --64.222.xxx.xxx |

Some states require that the 30 days be given at a specific time - check OK state law on when it can be issued with relationship to the rent due date --184.5.xxx.x |

Watch your dates. Since my lease "commences" on the 1st of the month, i have give them the 30 days notice which terminates on the day before. Last eviction, i made that error, which, i didn't know WAS an error! It's all about your verbage on your lease/ rental agreement. --24.245.xx.xx |
