Question for a Texas LL - A current tenant in good standing wants to bring on her adult brother. I've explained he has to apply and be approved just as she was. If approved, can I write an addendum or do I need a new, modified lease contract? Thanks - KM --173.57.xxx.xxx

I prefer a new lease with all of them initialling each page so they cannot claim not knowing details. Addendums I use for renewals. --96.239.xxx.xx
