State Specific Question About: FLORIDA (FL)
Hello,
I am trying to refinance a 2nd home in Florida that is currently through the harp2 program. just basically want to get a lower rate. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good broker or mortgage company? --24.45.xxx.xx |

I am going thru BOA out of necessity. They currently service my loan and are the only ones willing to do it for various reasons. I started mid June and am now in the final stages of approval. Hope to close before 8/1. However, you can go to knowyouroptions.com to get a list of companies. Good look! --24.158.xx.xxx |

If you currently are in a Harp program than you probably have a pretty low rate and to get lower rates than what you currently have, you would have to go with a conventional refinance
The Harp program started around 2009 when the rates were still low and no equity
Sounds like you may have taken advantage of the low equity and the low rates and now you cannot use the same type of program --76.123.xxx.x |
