Thoroughly screen. There's professional organizations that list their members that do this, but even some of them are rotten to the core. There's a ton of sob stories about landlords getting totally burned by con artist pms. Due a TON of dilligence for the best results. --108.218.xxx.xx |

Thanks for your info. I will check the PM company out. BTW, if the tenants are giving me all kind of troubles due to the leakage in the house which I already fixed, she concerns about the mildew, her health and I am offering her to move out immediate without breaching the contract but she refuses to move. Is there anything I can do to have them move out so she can't sue me for her health problem?

You can have the house tested for mildew. If the tenant is late on their rent ask them to move or file an eviction. --98.71.xxx.x |

If you hire a PM, your job shifts from watching the res like a haw to watching the PM like a hawk.
MANY stories here every week about PM rip-offs.
Persoanlly, I owudl have the rents autodrafted to MY acct then pay the PM myself. Most want to collect the rent and hold their fee out of it.
I would also only pay for rent collected, not for time covered. --50.129.xxx.xxx |
