I have a rental property (My 1st) that I recently acquired and I need to purchase insurance on the property before my tenant moves in next week. What do I need and how much will a policy cost me (Approx.)? --66.128.xxx.xx |

Call an independant insurance agent ( one that will search many different compamies-- not just one or two) and ask for a quote --98.232.xxx.xx |

Get with an Independent Insurance agent . What it will cost and what will be covered is as varied as the place itself. To find a good independent agent, go to WWW.DaveRamsey.com and find one of his endorsed local providers in your area. They tout themselves as teachers first and salesmen second. --108.220.xxx.xxx |

I know when we bought our first rental we were shocked to find that the premium is about three times what we pay on our SFH that we live in just because it was a rental. --75.21.xxx.xxx |
