In many courts you get the writ next door to the courtroom, cost about 15bux, get the moveout date on the form and make a copy for yourself. This is the day for the locks and cleanout, rest up for the workout. --68.76.xxx.xxx

You will need to go to court to get rit of possion, then take to sheriff office. There will be a charge of $90.00 - $97.00 for the sheriff to meet you at the property and remove the tenant. You will pay the sheriff when the paper work is turned in at the sheriff office. --205.188.xxx.xxx
