When a tenant leaves things behind the cost varies widely, take photos and pay yourself what your court allows, here 25bux hourly is fair but not to the owner - cousin-niece-nephew is allowable so make this a family affair if your court requires.
Carpet cleaning should be done with a truck powerful professional system, they give a receipt and results but if you have stink it will likely be the padding or soaked into the actual flooring, use a black lite to identify the problem areas, cut out some samples and leave them in a bag with your phone number so when someone opens it after court or a sec8 office discussion they know what it is like in the unit you were talking about. --68.76.xxx.xxx |

Our lease is clear with initials and signatures by the resident:
$35 for cleaning and repairs due to resident negligence.
$235 per room to repaint
$100 per pickup load of trash and furniture.
$200 Exit Cleaning Fee for every res. Pays for housekeeper to come in because we had a housekeeper clean BEFORE they moved in. --50.129.xxx.xxx |
