Tonight at 9:00p.m. Central /Spike TV is the show World Worse Tenants,...I am wondering if any of my evictees will be the stars on tonights show.
I will be watching just to see if this show is staged with paid actors or will they use real deadbeats,...only a LL could tell the difference,..LOL.

I want to watch it sometime and I am totally with mike. Same thing goes with that show hoarders. I can never watch that it will remind me of the extreme hoarders I have dealt with, like the lady wifh 27 obviously stolen bicycles, all stuffed into a one bedroom apartment. --208.54.xx.xxx |

I was not aware of the concept of "professional evictors" who supposely get hired by CA LL's to do their dirty work with tenants. Was that created just for this show or does CA really have shaved head ex-marine thugs for hire?
On a side note, the M-60 machine gun scene was quite amusing. I think the bags of fertilzer and Diesel fuel were planted there by the producers though. --69.244.x.xxx |

I also watched. Roy, no idea how they do stuff out there in CA but if anyone would hire professional evictors/thugs, I guess it would be out there. Here, we just file w/the court and they send the constable.
I did crack up that they were "looking for evidence of firecrackers". They'd go nuts in my neighborhood from Memorial Day to Labor Day and anytime someone has a friend/relative go down south to reload. --72.95.xx.xxx |

I missed all but the last two -- what do we call them, segments? The fat guy stuck in the bathtub and the bare knuckles fight club. What a waste of time.
These "professional evictors" are scary -- at least, their complete lack of acting ability is scary.
The two segments I saw, they were talking seriously and gravely about Landlord liability, and how they are protecting the LL. These buffoons know jack sh1t about it. LL has no exposure for injuries suffered in an illegal bare knuckles fight club taking place after hours in a legal gym.
I have been doing LL work in CA for almost 30 years, and I have never heard of professional evictors. You don't need them, and I doubt they exist.

Not only is the show fake but they have bad info. Multi family dwellings are not required to have CO detectors until 2013. (episode where they smell gas at an apartment complex and a fight breaks out for no reason) --76.126.xxx.xxx |
