I am first time landlord. I am moving due to a job relocation and would like to rent with home. Currently it has an above ground pool in a fenced yard. I need to know my liability if I choose to rent the house with the pool. Pross, Cons?
Thank you --209.7.xxx.xxx |

liability aside no one is going to take care of the thing properly. Take it down before you move. --108.236.xx.xxx |

I strongly agree with Reid.
Sell it cheap or give it away.
Too much liability.

No agreement of anykind will hold water when child gets injured in a pool. --68.76.xxx.xxx |

If it's above ground it shouldn't be too bad to take it down. Then when you move, build an inground one - I love mine. Last night I sat on the deck in my reclining deck chair, watching the game by the pool with the waterfall and tiki torches going. Most relaxing thing in the world! --74.248.xxx.xxx |
