Best training is free right here. Then purchase some of the books for sale on this website. There is basic telephone screening, and then there is the screening after the actual application is received. The first is more about limiting the amount of time you spend showing the apartment. The second is about getting a tenant that pays the rent on time, doesn't abuse the utilities, doesn't damage the property, keeps it at least somewhat clean, can get along with neighbors and you, and will follow the rules that you have put in place. --64.223.xxx.xxx |

I should have also mentioned visiting your sec8 office and signing up for the classes there, they will give some ideas and others taking the class will have questions - you should too, if you do not get answers very smoothly this would be time to rethink having sec8 clients. --68.76.xxx.xxx |

I'd suggest that you get and read a book available on this site , "perpetual Income How to generate Cash Flow from Low End House investments"by Bryan Wittenmyer. It's an all inclusive how to book , easy to understand and implement . And if you can deal effectively with the humble homes you can apply that to the higher class places. --108.236.xx.xxx |

Branch, I believe there is a 6 hour training available on this site which is just what you are looking for (or pretty close to it:). It's definitely industry specific and includes CDs on screening of perspective tenants and closing the sale during showings. Go to the following webpage -
