Tenant is a contractor and wants to do major repairs while Leasing to Own home at a reduced rent. What other documents should I include in the Lease to Own documentation? --72.169.xxx.xxx

I believe that I would consult with an Attorney after hearing what everyone here had to say. There may be considerations unique to your state. You can add the cost of legal fees to your price. The chances of your Buyer never completing the sale are good so you want your paperwork to protect you in every way. --108.236.xx.xxx
