State Specific Question About: ARKANSAS (AR)
Is it legal in Arkansas to require a non-refundable pet charge? Or must it be considered a deposit subject to refund?

Look at the LL tenant law section at the top of this page. If your state doesn't specifically address pet rent, fees and charges, It is then assumed( according to a lawyer friend of mine ) that you can do anything you want till someone says you can't .. --108.236.xx.xxx |

I'm not an Arkansas lawyer. But whatever you do, don't use 'non-refundable' and 'deposit' together. Deposits are meant to be refunded.

Pet fee would be the wording of my choice, think 150 first one and 100 for another. --68.76.xxx.xxx |
