Has craigslist stopped allowing postlets? I have been posting on Craigslist for a while using postlets to make my ads look a little better. Problem is, my ad registers in my account as active, but never shows up in the website. I even canceled the ad and re-listed in in my 2nd account and the same thing happened, shows as active, but doesn't show up in the listings. Any ideas?

I just checked my ad, which is done with Postlets. No problems.
Search through the list and anything that has an img at the end (vs. pic) is usually a Postles generated ad.
I've posted an add before that took 4 hours or so to finally show up. Not sure why. Do you have a filter on (pets allowed, price range, etc) that might be excluding it when you search? --108.227.xx.xxx |

I have had that happen to me several times - and I never could figure out what was goign on. However, it certainly was frustrating as I have come to rely so much on CL.
In each case I had problems, I waited a day or two and then I could post.
There is a help section and some other related sites not run by CL that talk about ghosting and other problems that might be of help to you - they weren't to me. --70.246.xxx.xxx |

It is called GHOSTING and you need to change your postlet or establish another account....CL does not like back links and if you really want to solve the problem, try vFlyer html --184.0.xxx.xx |

After not posting on CL for quite sometime, I recently had a problem getting my old postlet ads to post. CL would not let it post because it had my email address in the postlet. Once I deleted the email address, I had no problem getting it to post. --65.15.xxx.xx |

Ghosting is a common problem for property managers posting their rentals on Craigslist.
If you need assistance take a look at www.weblisters.com
Using this you won't get ghosted. If you only have a couple of properties, it probably won't make sense for you, but if you have multiple properties it's a great program. --68.107.xx.xxx |
