Hire an eviction attorney to do it for you. This is so basic, and if you don't know it, then you should not be handling an evictino on your own. Learn from the atty for next time.

Make 3 copies of your lease and get to your housing court looking for someone who is carrying several case files, out in the hallway ask them if they do flat-fee evictions, 2 court actions should cost 350-400 when you provide all the paperwork, if you goof up on the type size you have to start from the beginning, if you watch the lawyer you should be able to do this yourself, this is not an arena for other legal services to learn on your 125 per hour. --68.76.xxx.xxx |

Read your state and local laws to find out the proper process. If you don't have a clear understanding from that, contact an attorney. Different jurisdictions have different required notices and different accepted methods of delivery. --71.194.xxx.xxx |
