I just increase the security deposit ... and DO NOT specify PET deposit. --76.93.xxx.xx |

Deposit = wrong, wrong wording - pet registration fee, think french, fee-fee, fee is not construed to be refundable for any reason. Our insurance limits grown size to 20 lbs, and requires a photo for the file, while we are at it 20 gallon tanks is the max without having insurance naming the owner as beneficiary. --68.250.xxx.xxx |

Deposits are required to be refundable less verifiable deductions with receipts. Fees are just that and non-refundable. Pet fees can be whatever you want them to be, but I try to limit the pet to 20 lbs. However, since I have tile and Allure floors throughout am I going to disqualify a good tennant because of a bigger dog? Not likely. --50.131.xxx.xx |
