State Specific Question About: CONNECTICUT (CT)

I was wondering about the month-to-month lease contract with my tenant. Does this default to the last lease they signed a year ago?

It should state in your lease what happens after the lease term expires. In many states the default is month to month. --209.68.xxx.xxx

Assuming that you mean they had a year lease that expired and are currently M2M. Yes the terms of the lease remain the same. --173.188.xxx.x
