I think you meant 60day inspection, you want to check under sinks for bent drain pipes along with locks changed and many other things the book or cd of forms will help you with, have the tenant initial it so you insurance carrier will know you tested the smoke alarms and co if your area requires them. --76.241.xxx.xxx |
