Make sure you get both volumes,..I and II.
Section 8 Bible, was hilarious to read and was educational too. The authors/LL's of these books did not take any crap off their tenants and there is an important lesson to be learned from this. --69.244.x.xxx |

Too bad I missed this one, because I got a Sec 8 TT due to desperacy with not getting the property foreclosed on as I waited for the short-sale to go thro'/be accepted by the bank. This is the worst nightmare I ever had in my life, and because I was going thro' some health issues, she is the one that hit the nail in the coffin for me to get rid of/sell the property. After 2 court visits, headaches, non-reasonable police calls (even the police thought this woman was crazy!), a trashed out house from day 1, I was ready to the next chapter in my life with no rental(s).
In the end though after the last court visit she was removed from the program. The stupidity of pple goes back to bite them, but they never realize that they are digging their own grave.......Aaaahhh sigh! --12.197.xx.xxx |
