If they bring it in you take a chance it is useless - a big chance, you want to follow the circles showing the 30-60-90 day numbers which represent default periods, then there is the court action settlements in dollar amounts, we often see medical suppliers and university names here as medical bills and student loans - and chances are you and I have those but they will be small amounts compared to auto dealers and electric suppliers. --76.241.xxx.xx |

Peggy, at the top of the page there is a box you can check to find out about using the Mr LL credit check service. I know that many of the people who post on this site use it. It allows you to check for evictions as well as for credit issues. Whether you use this or another service, it's important to sign up for it before you actually need to use it. Once you are signed up you can access info on prospective tenants 24/7. --151.203.xxx.xxx |

For doing credit checks The service offered on this site is a good deal. Since the process is federally regulated you have to do whatever is required from any of the other places as well. There's just no way to cut corners IMO. --108.238.xxx.xx |
