State Specific Question About: NEW MEXICO (NM)
Would just like to find some NM (or any other state) landlords willing to share their knowledge and experience. (Especially senior, single women). Am a single, senior lady doing a decent job with a few rentals I got in the divorce, but want to do better - it's my only source of monthly income. Gayle, Search out a local LL or investor group/association/club. Start on the MrL homepage for a list by state. Then Google for more.
The May convention in StLouis if a FANTASTIC resource to meet other like minded folk. There will be LLs from all over the country. They don't HAVE to be from NM to support, encourage, and share ideas.
Now that this is your profession, invest in knowledge to increase your profit.
