State Specific Question About: NEW JERSEY (NJ)

What companies are left that will still sell insurance to landlords renting condos in NJ?

I'm having trouble finding places that will do it. Allstate won't (unless i have other property in the state), state farm won't, progressive won't. I'm not sure where to look now.
