State Specific Question About: MASSACHUSETTS (MA)
We have made resent postings on our tenants moving. This is their second to the last day for them to leave. We just saw a garbage truck pull up to remove their trash like you would see in the city. We live in a very rural area with no trash pick up. This is a scary situation. Has anyone ever had a tenant that need to hire a trash removal company to move? --74.106.xxx.xxx |

The scary thing would be if they had that much trash and they left it behind. If they are having crap removed, I'd be relieved. --74.8.xx.x |

I agree with Dan. If they paid to have a truck show up, at least they care enough to do that. Those trucks aren't cheap, and their capacity is VAST!
That said, be ready to tear out the carpets and bug bomb the place. --208.70.xxx.x |

We have had tenants that we wished they would have! --216.69.xx.xx |

I've had plenty of tenants that needed to hire a trash truck. However they don't, they just leave it for me to worry about (LOL) --99.91.xx.xxx |

Depends on the trash. Years of kitchen trash is a bigger problem than getting rid of a lot of knick-kacks. --192.94.xx.xx |
