On the surface this looks like a good deal to investors and maybe a good way to reduce the surplus inventory, but will a small investor be able to get in on this action, or will only the multimillion dollar investors be allowed to play?

What do you think this will do to the rental market? --107.2.xxx.xx

Note - the spam filter won't let me post the article, maybe someone else can.

This is a planned way by Washington insiders to RIP OFF private enterprise and the taxpayer and once again allow Wall Street and huge billion dollar corps to profit. This will be VERY BAD for private investors, probably in many areas putting us out of business.

They are talking about selling blocks of hundreds of properties to institutional investors who will make huge profits. The whole system seems rigged by the crew in power.

Also, with so many properties coming on market at once it will damage rental markets - there are only so many tenants.

Finally as the article says these companies are not equipped to manage multiple SFH's, so you will end up with nice neighborhoods deteriorating due to poor management and control of tenants - hence my terms the Slumming of America, where we are starting to see suburban slums starting.

If that happens, I can just walk away from my rentals. There won't be anything left of the market. The sheepeoples will all go to the light that happens to be an oncoming train. --69.59.xxx.xxx
