State Specific Question About: TEXAS (TX)

Was wondering if any LL'S out there have ever given a 1099C (Cancellation of Debt)to any tenant that has skipped out on the lease. Thanks --74.2.xxx.xxx

They have to also sign a paper that says you are gifting them this money, then send to sec8 and they get bumped out for having too much income, this is an amazing way to see how fast they can get funds to pay that old apartment damage award off. --76.241.xxx.xxx
