Usually the BOH is pretty black and white. Any time they issue me a violation, they also include a copy of the specific law that is relative. If you know they are wrong, you could take it up with their supervisor. --74.8.xx.x

This is kind of an awkward issue for me to explain. I don't want to oppose the BOH. So here it is I own a four family with technically 7 bed rooms, I rented out an 1 bdrm to two people but I made out two differant agreements(first mistake of 100s)also the 2 bdrm on the first flr was rented to a family of 4 one on the way which had a large extra living room and I allowed the tenant to have a co tenant to help with the rent. So you may ask how did the BOH come into the picture, the tenants on the 3rd fl called Her because they couldn't pay the rent and thought they could get 6 mos for the "illegal" rooming I had done. so the BOH has asked me to stop renting of which I have evicted all the tenants involved with this Tenant Class Action, Now I owe the BOH 750 for the inspections, I know thats beside the point. Anyway the Septic S is ment for a certain amount of bedrms, I have now reduced the B Rms to the right amount and I have a meeting with The BOH this next week and I wanted to make sure I understand how to go about stating my thoughts with out being opposing. --66.30.xxx.xx
