You should look above to get your state laws printed and then flip the book over so you can have local law reference on your desktop. There are not many posting from HI, hopefully a HI answer will come, visiting housing court will give you a demo on how these laws work and why one may be superseded by another. My guess is you can ask fro anything you want. Getting it can be a very different story.
Your local competition will make a big difference in your decision. My competition is offering no deposit move in specials.
