State Specific Question About: INDIANA (IN)
We had a fire in our rental house in Lafayette, Indiana. It was pretty extensive. As we are not local we need a company to handle the restoration. Does anyone have any experience with any companies in that area - good or bad?

We dealt with Belfor when we had our fire. I believe that they're national and they can handle fire restoration. --96.249.xxx.xx |

The adjuster said Serve Pro was good but he had tried to contact them twice and said they didn't get back with him so they didn't seem very responsive. I may use Paul Davis. I have got to do some checking. Yes, well about the tenant. She just moved in 13 days before the fire. The contract said she had to have renters insurance. She had planned to go down the next day and get it. She was too late. I will get my rent payments from my insurance so I am covered there. --216.24.xx.x |

There is Towne Construction in Elkhart. Not sure if they will travel that far though....
